Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Nathan Okh (O Industries) handles information when you use Ori-Ops, a personal content-scheduling tool that can connect to TikTok and similar platforms to publish media you authorize.
These pages are hosted on nathanokh.com. Questions or deletion requests: nrmokh@gmail.com.
Who operates this
Ori-Ops is operated by Nathan Okh. Independent personal tools and projects on this site are associated with O Industries. This is not a large company privacy notice — it describes a personal tool in plain language.
What Ori-Ops is
Ori-Ops helps schedule and publish content you choose. With your permission, it can connect to TikTok (and similar platforms) so it can post media on your behalf when you ask it to. It does not post unless you authorize a connection and request a publish (including a scheduled one).
Information we collect
Only what is needed to connect accounts and publish the content you requested:
- Account and profile details granted through TikTok Login Kit (and similar OAuth logins), such as identifiers, display name, and avatar — limited to the scopes you approve in the platform consent screen.
- OAuth access and refresh tokens used to keep the connection working and to publish when you ask.
- Media and captions you upload or select in Ori-Ops for publishing (video, images, text, scheduled time).
- Basic operational logs: timestamps, which platform was targeted, and whether a publish succeeded or failed, plus error messages needed to debug the tool.
- If you visit nathanokh.com (including this policy): standard hosting request logs (such as IP address and user agent) from the site host. Those logs are for running the website, not for Ori-Ops account features.
Why we collect it
We use this information to:
- Connect Ori-Ops to TikTok (or another platform you choose) using the login you approved.
- Upload and publish the media you asked to post, at the time you scheduled.
- Refresh tokens so a connected account keeps working until you disconnect it.
- Diagnose failed publishes and keep the tool reliable.
We do not sell your data
Ori-Ops does not sell personal information, does not use TikTok Login Kit data to advertise to other people, and does not post to your accounts except as you requested in the tool.
Third parties
Publishing requires sending data to the platforms you connect. Typical recipients:
- TikTok — Login Kit, tokens, and media you authorize for publishing. TikTok’s own terms and privacy policy apply to their use of that data.
- Other platforms you connect, if Ori-Ops supports them — same idea: they receive what is needed to publish what you requested.
- Hosting and infrastructure used to run nathanokh.com and Ori-Ops (for example the website host). They process technical data needed to serve the site and run the tool.
Retention
Tokens are kept only while an account stays connected. Media is kept as needed to complete a scheduled publish, and otherwise only if you still have it stored in Ori-Ops. Operational logs are kept for a limited time for debugging, then discarded. When you disconnect a platform or we complete a deletion request, we delete or revoke stored tokens and associated Ori-Ops copies of that account’s data that we control.
Your rights and deletion
You can disconnect TikTok (or another platform) inside Ori-Ops, and you can revoke access in that platform’s connected-apps or security settings. You may also email a request to access, correct, or delete Ori-Ops data we hold.
To request deletion, email nrmokh@gmail.com from the address associated with your use of Ori-Ops. Say that you want Ori-Ops data deleted and, if relevant, which connected account. We will disconnect stored tokens we control and delete associated Ori-Ops records. TikTok and other platforms may still hold copies under their own policies — revoke access there as well if you want that ended on their side.
Children
Ori-Ops is not directed at children under 13. Do not use it if you are under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that has happened, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, the updated text will be posted at this URL with a new “Last updated” date.
