You have a problem — or a rough idea — and need to figure out what to build and whether it's worth building. I help whiteboard the problem space, identify AI leverage points, define success criteria, and produce a clear scope before any code is written.

You know what you're building but need the technical blueprint. System design, data modeling, tech stack selection, AI pipeline architecture, quality plan, and a phased build roadmap that a team can actually execute against.

Hands-on development — solo or alongside your team. Full-stack, AI-native, test-first. I work across the whole loop: from first commit to production-ready, with the same rigor on the build as on the plan.
