Terms of Service
Last updated August 13, 2026
These terms cover Ori-Ops, a personal content-scheduling tool operated by Nathan Okh (O Industries). By using Ori-Ops you agree to them.
Contact: nrmokh@gmail.com.
The tool
Ori-Ops lets you schedule and publish media you authorize to TikTok and similar platforms. It is a personal tool, not a guaranteed commercial service. Features can change or stop without notice.
Your content
You own the content you create and upload. Using Ori-Ops does not transfer ownership to Nathan Okh or O Industries. You grant only the limited permission needed to store, process, and send that content to the platforms you connect so Ori-Ops can publish what you requested.
You are responsible for having the rights (including music, likeness, and trademarks) to publish that content.
Connected platforms
When you connect TikTok or another platform, that platform’s terms, community guidelines, and developer / API terms still apply. Ori-Ops cannot override them. If a platform changes its API, limits access, or takes action on your account, that is between you and the platform.
Acceptable use
You may use Ori-Ops only to publish content you are allowed to post, on accounts you are authorized to use. Do not use it to:
- Spam, scrape, or abuse platform APIs.
- Post illegal content, or content that violates TikTok or other platform rules.
- Access someone else’s account without permission.
- Interfere with the tool, attempt to break authentication, or reverse-engineer platform APIs beyond what those platforms allow.
- Use the tool if you are under 13.
No warranty
Ori-Ops is provided “as is.” There is no warranty that publishing will succeed, that a schedule will fire at an exact time, or that TikTok or another platform will accept, display, or keep a post. Platform outages, API changes, token expiry, and account restrictions are outside our control.
Limitation of liability
Because this is a personal tool, liability is limited to the extent the law allows. Nathan Okh and O Industries are not liable for lost posts, lost profits, account penalties, platform bans, or other indirect or consequential damages arising from use of Ori-Ops or from a platform’s decisions. If a jurisdiction does not allow certain limitations, those limitations apply only to the extent permitted.
Changes and ending use
These terms may be updated at this URL with a new date. You can stop using Ori-Ops at any time and disconnect platforms. We may suspend or discontinue the tool, including if a platform requires it or if use violates these terms.
